Phase One
Establishing Your Unique Vision.
Our process starts by simply listening and seeing the space through your eyes. We take the time to get to know you, understand your lifestyle and understand your home. We then help plan and design your new space, bringing clarity to your vision.
Step 1.
Getting to know you and your home

We understand that just knowing where to start can be one of the hardest parts…
To get things started you’ll meet with one of our Design and Renovations Consultants at your home for a complimentary consultation. This is so we can gain an understanding of your vision, your lifestyle needs and get a feel for your home.
Step 2.
Design And Layout

Bringing clarity to your vision and design…
Your consultant will take your vision back to our design team, who will in-turn create a helpful visualisation so you can better picture your new renovation. Here you’ll have the opportunity to select colours, fittings and fixtures.
Step 3.
Contract Approval

Our extended contract phase means we quote with certainty…
Once we have a completed picture of what you want to achieve through your renovation, you will receive your final plans and an all-inclusive breakdown of products and trades. This contract approval marks the beginning of the Deliver Phase.
Phase Two
Delivering Your Renovation Vision.
After we have established your unique vision, we then manage and deliver its entire construction from design through to hand-over, keeping you up to date with daily progress on site via our app. We’re here every step of the way…
Step 4.
Scheduling

We ensure your house is respected as a home and not a work site…
Your consultant will give you a schedule of all required work and trades. Our renovation experience means we are able to orchestrate the most cost effective and seamless schedule for your project. The right planning and foresight can make all the difference.
Step 5.
Construction

Don’t worry, we’ll be here for every step of the construction process…
We understand that this is your home and you should be completely up to date with who is coming and going. You will receive a daily text message (or your other preferred contact method) of what work is being carried out by our team. During the build we work diligently to ensure noise and disruption is kept to an absolute minimum.
Step 6.
Handover

Time to open the champagne and enjoy your new space for years to come…
To ensure you are completely satisfied with your renovation long after handover – we offer twelve month maintenance inspections along with a six-year structural warranty as industry standard.
