Our Sunshine Coast based client used this property as their Brisbane weekender. A well appointed apartment in the heart of the city, it was internally tired and due for a refresh. We did an entire strip-out of all bathrooms and kitchens and a full aesthetic upgrade; repainting and laying new carpet. The client's wish was not to over-glamorise the finishes and we adhered to a neutral palette throughout, with classic fittings and high quality products. We met the challenges of renovating an apartment located in a populated tower in the CBD; in terms of getting trades and materials in, working within a confined space with noise restrictions and managing the project with the least disruption to residents.
