Our client purchased this 3-story property in leafy Bardon as their 'forever home'. The property was large but disjointed in character as some areas of the house had been renovated at various times during its life. Our objective was to provide cohesive flow throughout, increase the value of the property and enhance the living standard.  We broke the project into two parts: structural aspects ~ we added bifold doors and reconfigured the rooms to be more functional, and relocated the kitchen to a suitable area that had cross-breezes. In stage two we added a full size bar, built in bbq and entertaining area at the pool house, and upgraded the bathrooms and laundry.
