Our client approached us with a complete strip out and re-do of their entire home. They had sentimental value preserved in the property; in terms of wanting to live and stay somewhere that was their family home. We completely overhauled the aesthetics of the property, stripping everything back to bare timber. We delivered a 'top-down' renovation from roof to gutters to exterior and front and back decking. We upgraded the home with completely new flooring and the client's dream kitchen. The project required the relocation of several walls and reconfiguration of rooms to be more efficient in terms of cooling. Skylights were added throughout to bring in more natural light.
