Our client approached us with a unique renovation project: to convert a commercial office space in the hub of West End into a residence for herself & partner. Working within the confines of a small footprint, we designed a layout to maximum liveable space and include a modern open plan kitchen with island and butler's pantry, three full size bedrooms, a generous ensuite, two bathrooms + a powder room and study.
Features: stone bench tops, custom cabinetry throughout, integrated appliances.
