Our client engaged us to renovate the kitchen of their inner-city Queenslander with the hopes of giving it an aesthetic update while preserving the original character of the home. Working with a modest sized kitchen and dining area to begin with, the client desired a larger and more functional kitchen that was still in keeping with the rest of the house. We delivered on their vision and created a modern and functional Hamptons-style kitchen with ease of liveability and plenty of storage. Project highlights include the feature of a cantilevered stone island bench with a custom built metal frame, and custom cabinetry throughout. To fulfil on our client's preference for closed-top cabinetry, we constructed a bulkhead up to the ceiling.
